We do not collect any information that isn't directly provided by you or automatically provided by Discord. The information collected includes:
User ID: Your unique Discord identifier.
Messages: Content of messages sent within the Server.
Usernames and Avatars: Your Discord profile details as provided by Discord.
This information is necessary for both the operation of our Server and the functionalities provided by our bots.
The information we collect is used solely for moderation purposes and to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all members. When interacting with our bots, this information is also used to process commands, manage Server activities, and respond to user interactions.
Server Logs: Logs that include user IDs, messages, and avatars are maintained and stored directly within the Server for administrative purposes. These logs are never stored externally.
Bot Data: All data processed by our bots is stored temporarily in memory and used exclusively for the duration of your interaction with the bot.
We do not sell or disclose any information to third parties for commercial purposes. However, we may occasionally share certain information with other Discord servers or trusted communities for moderation purposes, such as addressing rule violations or preventing abusive behavior across servers. This information sharing is done carefully, only with authorized personnel, and solely for the purpose of maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
Our Server and bots may provide links to external websites or resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party sites and recommend that you review their privacy policies if you choose to visit them.
Our Server and bots do not store any data that is not directly provided by the user or Discord. The only way to opt out of data collection is to not interact with our Server or bots.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
